Camila said the facility did a really good job on the repairs but she was not given a completion promise date. She was told if she could pick up her vehicle by 6:00 pm, the manager would be there to let her in. She arrived earlier but the doors were locked and she waited twenty minutes with her young son. Her vehicle was returned in the same condition she had dropped it off in. It was not cleaned by the facility at all. She was not contacted the entire time the facility had her vehicle and was called only on the day it was done. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
