Jeffery said the business said the repairs would be completed by Tuesday. He said he gave the business a call on Tuesday and was told he would be contacted when the vehicle was ready for pick up. He said he never received a call back to come pick up his vehicle. He went in on Wednesday to pick up his vehicle. He said he has to go back to the business because his radio was reset during the repairs and now does not work. He said it was a big hassle and not very professional. He would not recommend the busness due to the reasons stated. He said he wishes it was a better experience. He mentioned he understands people makes mistakes so he will give the business another chance.
