Spoke with Tye's wife. She said she got the vehicle back sooner than expected. It was ready a week early, but she picked it up a week later because she did not have the funds to pick it up earlier. They were nice about the fund issue, and had no problem holding the vehicle for her until she had the money to pick it up. The vehicle looks beautiful, much better than she and her husband anticipated. They removed scratches they did not think would be removed, and vacuumed and cleaned the vehicle before returning it. The appearance of this business was inviting, clean and tidy.
