Randall said his vehicle was at this business for a month, but he doesn't know what is the standard for an auto body visit. They detailed the vehicle but the floor mats were soaking wet. There are little plastic bolts missing. He is going back to get those bolts replaced, as well as to get the replacement wiring housing that the business had to order again. His vehicle was late because the business had to order additional parts. He was supposed to get his vehicle in ten days, but it took about 20 business days. The business looked kind of like a ghost town. It was eerie.
