Asia said this business was a little late with the return of the vehicle, and she just thought the receptionist could be a little more customer friendly. She wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because when the accident happened a part popped out of the dashboard, and this business replaced it with a color that really isn't matching. It wasn't repaired to her satisfaction on the first visit because of the color difference. The part is gray instead of black. She hasn't returned and she's going to try to work with it the way it is. It's not that bad. It was ready the following morning instead of the promised day, but she understood because they found more damage.
