Spoke with Debbie. She said she was not given a promised time for her vehicle to be ready. After they pulled the engine and all of it was done it took a week to receive the vehicle. She said she does not know if the vehicle was returned in a clean condition because her son took care of everything. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the way the insurance company handled her claim because the other person does not have insurance and they are in a battle right now.
