Karen said they did an excellent job. They communicated and it was easy to speak with them during the repairs. She said they did not return her vehicle in a clean condition because they did not have a representative to detail it and they were looking for someone to fill the position. They told her they would be happy to take care of the issue at her convenience, but she decided to just take care of it herself. She said the vehicle was ready three or four days late because of the holidays and parts delays. She enjoyed working with the insurance company and this business. They were excellent.
