Elizabeth said when she dropped her vehicle off at this business she told them about a cracking sound she heard. The cracking sound sounds like it's coming from the bar that connects both wheels in the front of her vehicle. Elizabeth pointed out it sounds like someone's knuckles cracking. After she picked up her vehicle she still experienced the cracking sound, and called this business about it, but they never called her back. She mentioned she had a good experience with this business, and they took her vehicle in right away. Elizabeth commented she likes the paintwork they did, adding it looks really good. She got her vehicle back sooner than promised, and the personnel were really good. Elizabeth explained Geico, her insurance, took care of everything for her. They jumped right on her claim, and she didn't have to wait. She also didn't have to fill out paperwork, and everything had been done for her when she dropped off her vehicle.
