Bisirat said she contacted this business herself a lot. She opted to not receive daily updates, but would have appreciated confirming when her vehicle would be ready or if it would be delayed. She waited an additional 2 business days because they had to do an alignment. When she went to pick up her vehicle, on her lunch hour, she found out they don't take American Express. This delayed her picking it up for another day. They should let their customers know they don't take American Express, either upfront at drop off or before pick up time. The person who helped her was extremely friendly.
