Sharon said her vehicle was ready 1 week later than promised because the wrong part was shipped to the business and they had to reorder it. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because she had to check into the business every day and she was not given any notice about her vehicle or kept up to date on the repairs. When she went to pick up her vehicle there was no one in the front office, so she had to walk around looking for someone. She then went in to the back office and the people there looked pretty upset that she was back there, but she could not find anyone to help her. She would still recommend this business to others but with some reservation.
