Amber said she felt that she was not treated respectfully because she is younger. There was a week delay in her vehicle being ready. She chose not to elaborate on the cause of the delay. She had to keep calling for updates because she was not kept informed. In the lobby she did not receive a warm welcome, which is important to any business. She would not recommend this business due to this experience, although this is the one her insurance deals with and is right down the street.
