William said there is a dent in the hood that was there before the accident. He can clearly see someone tried to correct the dent by painting over it. He can see where the two paints do not match. The work was done on time. He added even though he said he was satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim, he had to pay $1,000 out of pocket due to them not being able to make the other party pay for their mistake.
