Carolyn said this business made a difficult situation manageable. She chose not to elaborate. The quality of the repairs were great, and her vehicle looks like it did prior to the accident. She got her vehicle back a day or two late because parts were delivered damaged and had to be reordered. They were phenomenal about keeping her informed during the repair process, and this business was clean and efficient. She does not know if she was completely satisfied with the way the insurance handled her claim because she still has to speak with them.
