Barry said he has used this business several times in the past. He usually has a great experience with them. That is why he has continued to use them. However, this last time he did not have such a great experience with them. He put in several calls in one day to try to get in contact with someone. He needed some additional work done to his vehicle as well as wanting to know when his vehicle would be ready. He never received a call back. His service advisor never followed up with him either. The business never called him back until the day his vehicle was actually ready. This was not until a whole week later. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.
