"Always satisfied"
I came in to get my routine oil change, a headlight bulb change and a part changed due to a recall. I thought I would have to be there much longer than normal, but instead they were done in an hour and a half! They even washed my car :)

"GREAT SERVICE AND VERY ACCOMMODATING"
I have always found everyone from the associates who take the service on the vehicle to the cashier. You are always welcomed and treated well and with a feeling of confidence that they will get to the bottom of the problem if any. I did have to come back twice for the same issue as it was not diagnosed the first visit and instead was told it was the battery. I have no problems with changing the battery as it was 5 years old and probably ready to be changed but as I said the issue was the car not starting and the problem was in the shifting mechanism instead and some broken clips. It took however two trips to Ladin and the inconvenience. However, they provided me with a loan car for the weekend and finally on late Monday they found the source of the problem.

"Do Over"
After five years of hoping for better service and being disappointed, things seem to have turned around. Dave is definitely genuinely concerned to offer superior service. Jason goes out of his way to be 100% with every customer, every time. I am greatly pleased to see Ladin making real efforts to do better.

"No More Hyundai's"
Every time something goes wrong, sometimes more wrong than other times. The whole attitude displayed from the phone call to the service seems to be, "it is a bother to service your car." They usually use the same excuse: "We are under staffed today." I have owned a Hyundai for over 25 years. Never again.

"Always fix OR move toward resolution the concerns a customer brings for service."
Brought the vehicle in for a concern during acceleration. A suggestion was made as toward a potential cause but no quote on cost to fix OR effort in assisting with Hyundai was made/provided. Other issues with poor communication and expectations set yet not left incomplete.
