They were able to get me in quickly for s recall and an oil chsnge. In the past I’ve had problems getting appointments quicker than 2 weeks so this change is refreshing. Glad they are improving.

"better than the dealer i have close to home"
The Hyundai dealer near my home was uncaring, slow and expensive. I did let Hyundai know the specifics. This dealer was professional, polite and helpful and hence I am happy to take the 40 minutes to drive to this dealer. They have been good.

"Good Service but BAD Management"
No time management for the shuttle service. I wait for an hour to get call by the shuttle but no one stop. Also, no clear direction for the Hyundai vehicle where to take car for the service entrance.
