The people

Friendly from the start to finish. The young man that met me in the service area helped me find my phone that I had dropped. I looked however It was under the seat. The customer service representative that assisted me with the maintenance was very professional. I had an excellent experience. Thank you all! I had inquired about an automatic car starter and he said that he will check on it. I will call.

Service on Hyundai Sonata
Service was prompt and courteous. However, the call center does not communicate with the service department, which resulted in a part not being ready even though I called in advance to schedule the appointment and noted what needed to be replaced. The service advisor was very helpful and ensured that the part was overnighted and painted in the body shop, etc. However, I had to pay extra to have the part overnighted and that should not have been necessary.
