problem still not resolved
I have been having this problem since 3/12/19. Have called and left messages with Andrew and with service mgr. Not good communication. I am the one doing most of the calling to find out what is happening. Car was left overnight (3/19 -3\21). Called upon picking up car and driving not too far for the alarm to still go off. I was told to bring in next day (3/22) for a loaner.
Called 3/28 and was told they still have not figured out what is causing the problem. 90% of the communication is on my part. Today is 4/4 and have not heard from Andrew.

Broke down
I had the recall scheduled but next day my car broke down completely, it is showing Engine light, EPS, Battery and Oil change light and the car stopped all of sudden on highway.

Service
Every time I bring my car in for service, I am greeted warmly and they have may paperwork done in no time. When I am waiting the customer area is comfortable with various amenities. My auto is always available earlier than when they estimated the time. There are Hyundai dealerships closer to my home; however I like the service at Lafontaine, so I drive further for the positive experience.

Blame the weather
Gas mileage dropped from 32 mpg to 27mpg and now stands at 19 mpg. Was told could not find anything wrong. Blamed it on weather. That is very hard to believe. Was not charged anything so cant complain about cost of service.
