Good Service, Bad (and long) Communication
Paint started peeling off the hood in 3 months after purchasing. Took 6 months to get the dealership and Hyundai Motor America convinced that it was a bad paint job and the hood needed to be redone. They tried to treat me as best they could, but the hassle and many trips to take “pictures” of the entire car were nonetheless the biggest hassle of my year.

The problem we brought our car in for is still not resolved, and is currently back with the service department. They have done a great job communicating with us on what is going on, have offered us a loaner car while the problem is being resolved, and are actively working on getting the problem fixed.
