Hello Barbara and thank you for your recent review. I have had the opportunity to review your recent services and would like the chance to reply to the services/expenses during your recent visit. We do appreciate your business and always want our customers to understand the value of our services. On this visit, our service department did complete the oil change and tire rotation services, completed a PA State Safety Inspection that was at no charge ($30 value) as part of our rewards program as a thank you for purchasing your Tucson with LCM. IN addition, the PA Emissions testing was completed and as a recommendations from our multi-point vehicle inspection the engine and cabin air filters were recommended due to time and mileage at 20k+ miles and were agreed to be replaced. In addition to the free PA State Safety Inspection, you would have received a $5 Castrol rebate for the oil change, a free Premium Car Wash Voucher ($10 value) and part of the rewards program is that after 4 paid oil changes, the 5th one is free! We do understand that maintenances on your vehicle are an expense and we do try to only make valid recommendations and make sure our pricing is in check with the industry. We feel we offer much more value for our services with the rebates, car washes, 5th free oil change and free safety inspections for our customers in a state of the art facility with amenities, comfort and great customer services.
