Need to double check their work!
This is the second time in 4 months that we've taken the car to the dealership and it was not completed correctly the first time after we were told it was. Each time I've had to take extra time off work and take the car back for the work to be completed. Also, staff acts like they don't care about the inconvenience that caused. I mean, who wants to be told the car is done and you show up and the battery is dead. It's not ok.

Hello Eliza and thank you for the recent feedback. I greatly apologize for the inconvenience at your last visit and understand the frustration that the battery was discharged and the need to return for a second visit to resolve. please know it is never our intent to not repair your vehicle completely and it appears the new door latch and the striker needed an adjustment. I completely agree that this should have been double checked prior to returning your vehicle and can not make an excuse as to why this was not verified and caught prior to your pick up.
