No service
If you need anything more then an oil change don’t use landmark fords service department! We are a large contractor in the metro area and run a fleet of trucks. We’ve purchased dozens of trucks from Landmark but have always winced when needing service from them. Now we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere from here forward. We will not buy there again either. I won’t get into too many details other then, if they discover a tricky issue with the vehicle they give up. Won’t ever return a call because, I guess they feel it’s too hard. Really shameful to leave people hanging when they need help.
