Mario and the whole team and LM were super. The cars all seem very nice, they put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable and take the “sales” part out of the process.
I was handed the keys for the test drive and allowed to go out on my own. They offered to come, of course. They also let me take my Audi A5, that I ultimately purchased, out for a longer, multi hour ride.
While they did offer a few “upsells” (paint / chip coatings, extended warranties, etc) it was done in a consultative/suggestive way versus the hard sell. I though the education on those products was great actually.
This was my first time at LM, but I got the feeling of “trust”... the cars are good, they make the effort to ensure they’re aren’t issues with them, they price fairly, and make buying an awesome car fun... as it should be.
