This was my first time here @ Lee Hyundai and they made you feel you so welcoming. Then, I saw this technician name "Coe" who reminded us how blessed we are. Then while my Goddaughter and I waited he (Coe) above and beyond his job washed and cleaned up my car because he felt sorry for me. May God continue to bless him and your company!!

An Honest Service Department.
I went to Lee Hyundai of Florence Service Department for a Recall Notice and for the MPG Rebate Program. They informed me in just a couple minutes that another Service Department had already corrected the Recall last year, and then recorded my current mileage for the Rebate Program. Quick and Easy!

The service technician and service rep were very knowledgeable and courteous. When the service rep explained to me what was recommended for my next car service based on the milage, he did not try to force any recommended service upon me. He made me feel comfortable in explaining the recommended service and and gave me the total price with tax so that I would know what to expect with out being surprised with taxes or miscellaneous fees. The facility is clean and has great seating in the wait area. Definitely would recommend and come back.

Great Service! Great Car!
Had an appointment. Car was immediately taken in for service. Waiting area was pleasant and clean. Coffee and water and snacks were appreciated! Full service was accomplished in short period of time. Car was returned having been cleaned/washed inside and out. Service Manager was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained all the inspection points and service required.
