Salesman didn't keep his word.
Service was great in the service department. While I my car was being worked on (starter replaced) I walked through some of the used cars and found a toyoto pickup that I liked. We did not come to a price while I was there.(I live 54 miles away) Later on a Wednesday I called and talked to Nick . I told him I was no longer interested in the Toyota Pickup but saw a 2012Chevy Equinox I would like to look. He askd when I could come. I told him I could come SAaturday if that was all right. He said that ws no problem, What time could I be there.I told him 9:00 am. He said when I got there ask for him. Saturday morning I arrived a few minutes before 9 and was met by Nick. He told me the car I came to see was sold the night before. I told him I had an appointment to look at this car. I was angry that I had driven 54 miles to see the car and they did not keep it for me to have a chance to purchase it. I can't and won't do business with someone who operates like that.. He wanted to show me something else but I told him there was nothing else I was interested. He wanted to know if he could call me if he got in another Equinox. I told him no, I didn't want to have anything else to do with him.. I traded cars with another dealer before I got home.

Thank you for your feed back! I do apologize that issue happened. I will be talking to the general manager on this issue. We strive to please every customer at Lee Hyundai service dept. Please understand service had nothing to do with that. I understand how that could upset you. I really am sorry. If you need anything by all means let me know.
