Oil change and tire rotation
Had the oil changed and tires rotated. A week later and it is not leaking and the wheels have not fallen off. They did great. :) The customer service rep I had is a fellow I have had a bad experience with in the past but I was just needing an oil change and contact with him was minimal. They did a great job washing the car after the service.

They wash my car after every service plus they have transportation so I don't have to wait. I wish they would provide rental cars,this is the only thing I don't like.

Service department polite and full of smiles and apologies but doesn't get the job done.. If Scott tells you something I recommend you get a second opinion. Don't believe him when he says "We'll take care of it.."
