Absolutely the worst Auto Repair company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took 2 of my cars to Leif's, My Buick Encore they had for 8 months during which time communication was poor at best, even if they had no new news on the arrival of parts holding up the repairs they should of touched base with me at least once a month. However they had no communication with me and ignored my calls and emails for months, then when my car was ready for pick up they emailed me, my email account isn't monitored so I didn't get the message for 2 weeks. Why didn't they call me unbelievable. My other car Geico ended up totaling out, then I recieve a bill from Leif's saying I owe them $18,000 in storage fees and $6,000 in repair fees totaling $24,000 I wanted to wait to bring my 2nd car to them until they had the parts for the repair, but they insisted they needed it asap so they could take it apart to detect all the damage. 3 months later they sent me a message then upon taking the car apart they found underlying damage, so I requested Geico to go do another estimate and that is when they totaled my car out. Then I get the bill from Leif's for $24,000 UNBELEIVABLE
