Peter said they were very professional. The only thing was the office was rather drab. The people seemed a little down. There could've been more smiles. He wasn't offended and would definitely use them again. They could've been a little happier. He was satisfied with being adequately informed. The only thing they called late on Friday to say his vehicle was ready. He couldn't get there in time to pick it up before they closed. He had to pick his vehicle up on Monday. There might have been some miscommunication. He may have missed a call. He was alright with it. They walked around his vehicle and explained everything. He was happy with that. He said he doesn't hold it against anyone for not smiling.
