Ronald stated that before the accident none of his alarm lights were on, however after he received his vehicle back from this business, the sensor on the traction control and the abs system are both lit. He has taken his vehicle to this business twice and was told that the sensors are probably going out because of the age of the vehicle, however his vehicle is a 2007. Ronald said he was not completely satisfied with the communication because of this issue, and would also not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

The primary damage was to the right side of Ronald’s 2007 Buick Lacrosse (75,651 miles)and there is an intermittent trouble code being set for the Left front wheel speed sensor. The warning light is not always on and while we did check this problem on 2 occasions we could find no indication of any damage to the sensor caused by the right side damage. Testing of the sensor on the car indicated it was functioning properly. We could find no explanation for the intermittent code. We recommended the owner have the vehicle checked at an authorized dealership because we have limited access to the factory specialty equipment needed to diagnose the problem he was currently experiencing. We also advised him that if it was determined the problem was accident related that the cost of the repair would be covered by his insurance company but if it was not related he would be responsible for the cost of the repair. We strive to give our customers the best possible service at all times but some instances are beyond our control or capacity.
