Tracie said this business repaired her vehicle in February and there was a problem with the repair. A used door was put on and it was leaking. This business said it wasn't the door leaking. She went back about a month later because it was leaking again. An insurance employee looked at it and was told from that employee it needs to be fixed. Overall, the problem was fixed. There's a loose screw on the door which rattles and she decided she didn't want to return. Not the first time which she wasn't satisfied with the repair because it was leaking. She's not satisfied with the way she was treated because this business didn't believe her door was leaking the first time.
