Spoke with Melissa. She said they were wonderful. They kept calling to keep her updated. They were great. If she had any questions all she had to do was call them. They were friendly and were happy to help. They always had smiles on their faces. They called her before the promised time. It was 3 days early. They told her she could call just before she was going to pick up her vehicle and they would wash it and have it ready for her. She could come in when she was ready to pick up her vehicle. Her vehicle looks like it has never been hit. It's beautiful. They even filled all of her fluids. She lost all of the fluids due to the accident. Jay at the place of business wrote a letter for her to give to her insurance company. It stated it was the lady's fault that hit her. She appreciated Jay's help. Melissa said she would recommend them at anytime.
