Christina said she was not happy the way she was treated by the owner. The girl at the front desk was nice. She had gone in to check things out and to get an estimate. His attitude could have been better. Her insurance company had already sent her a check. She said one section looks fabulous but the section in the back on the bumper does not look as though it was touched. It was not included in the estimate. It would cost another $600 more. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They said it would take 5 or 6 days. It took a week and a half. They did not say why there was a delay but she did not ask. She had to call to see when her vehicle would be ready and find out what was going on. She would have liked a call to tell her about the delay. She was not pleased with the estimate because they did not include the bumper. That would cost an extra $600. The right side of her vehicle had scratches and dents. That also would have cost an extra $600. She would not recommend them for all of the reasons mentioned.
