Matthew said there was poor service in the beginning due to poor communication. He called to inquire about an RV but the call was not returned. In fact, he called twice more before he got a response. His salesperson was not knowledgeable about the RV and had to get assistance. He has not taken delivery yet as it is being stored free of charge at the business. He expects to take delivery in May 2012. The information on their website needs to be improved. The pictures shown do not match the model numbers provided, which caused confusion at the business.
