We did not try to pull out the dent in Mr Clayborn's vehicle. The quarter panel on his car was repaired previously by someone else, and was full of Bondo. Due to these previous shoddy repairs, when we heated the vehicle in our paint booth, the overly thick Bondo in the prior repair cracked. We fixed the crack and leveled out the bondo in the shoddy repair and repainted the qtr panel at no charge to Mr Clayborn. We did not feel we owed for the repair, but took care of it anyway as a customer courtesy. This customer has, in fact, returned to this business to have this repair done. The customer was sent 12 text messages while the vehicle was in the shop. The vehicle was ready 2 days late, after the customer requested additional work in service for a recall. The customer did not pick up the vehicle until the second day after it was ready.
