Jerry said he would have rated the overall experience higher if they would have fixed his vehicle to his satisfaction. He said the vehicle still has problems the passenger door is not aligned correctly and it won?t close or open properly. He mentioned Brandon worked on the vehicle. His vehicle was not ready when promised it was 3 days late due to a parts delay but they did give him a loaner vehicle, which he appreciated. The business did not keep them informed, so they had to initiate and contact the business for the status of their vehicle. He did say all the personnel was very nice.
