Spoke with Therese. She said she liked receiving weekly updates about what was going on with her vehicle. She would have preferred to be called instead of receiving text messages because she did not understand what some of the text messages meant. She does have to go back because the alignment of the tires is not correct. When she drove home she noticed a warning light for the tires come on. She called this business because she was worried that her vehicle was not safe to drive. Dave said he would arrange with someone at the affiliated service department to make sure her vehicle was fixed immediately. She could have been given more information during the estimate. She had to call this business a lot to find out what was happening to her vehicle but she did end up signing the papers so that the repairs could be done.
