Spoke with Akilah's sister. She said everyone at the business was good. She did experience a couple issues after the vehicle was returned to her, such as her radio not turning on after she turns it off. The light in the front does not turn on. She has to return to them over the issues already mentioned. Her vehicle was returned three weeks later than promised over a parts delay. She enjoyed how informative they were over text and email. Everything was more expensive than she was expecting it to be and it went over what was estimated.
