John said this business took forever to return his vehicle to him. He was not given a promised date of completion, but he stated that he thought 6 weeks was an excessive amount of time to complete a minor repair. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to contact them to find out what was going on with his vehicle. When he did get in contact with them, each time they would tell him that they were going to need to work on his vehicle for another week. They said there was a delay because they kept ordering the part they needed from the wrong place, which he is unsure how that is possible. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because they fixed one part on his vehicle and did not give him the estimate for additional things that needed to be done until they had completed the original repairs. He was not satisfied with their communication due to reasons already stated. He would not recommend them to others for these reasons and if someone were to ask him about this business he would tell them to never use their services and to run as far away from their facility as fast as possible.
