Kyle said this business kept giving him different dates regarding when his vehicle would be ready. He mentioned he took his vehicle to another business for a different service, and then they took it to this business. After not hearing from this business for three days, he contacted them and the person who answered stated they were wondering where the vehicle had come from. The communication was horrible and it was a hassle to get in contact with them. His vehicle was two weeks late with no reason given by the business. He mentioned he had to initiate contact with this business on more than one occasion. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because he was not involved. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated due to the lack of communication. He was not satisfied with the communication for reasons already mentioned. He would not recommend them for service over the reasons already mentioned.
