Spoke with Misty. She said she had to call the business for information about her vehicle. She is unable to assess the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate because it was handled through the insurance company. She worked with Daniel who was unfriendly. She was initially told the vehicle would be ready by July 6, 2011. At 3:15 pm on Friday, July 1, 2011, Daniel called her to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. She told him she was unable to pick it up that day and asked if she could pick it up on Saturday. He said it was not possible because the business was going to be closed until Tuesday due to the holiday weekend. He also let her know if the rental vehicle was not dropped off Friday, she would be responsible for the charges and if she did not like it, she should contact the insurance company. After she took delivery, she noticed the front license plate was missing. She called Daniel who told her it was there and she should just drop by and it would be installed. He should have contacted her if he knew they had not replaced it. He never offered an apology.
