Marvin said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because his vehicle wasn't ready when promised. He had to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get his vehicle back when he came to pick it up. He chose not to give the reason for the delay. Marvin stated he didn't deal with an estimator from this business. His insurance company took care of the estimate. Marvin pointed out he had a good experience with this business.
