Chad said he is very disappointed in the fact that they did $900 worth of work on his vehicle. A wheel fell off and they did not put the lug nut back on the same wheel. They also told him they had to order parts that would take two weeks because it was a custom part. The part came in wrong, and that was when they realized they had the part in stock.
