Jacklyn said she had to keep calling this business and she was never contacted about the status of her vehicle. She was not given a promise time on her vehicle. She was called after hours by this business and told her vehicle was ready but she could not pick up her vehicle because the business was closed. She was not kept informed during her repair process because she was never called by this business and she always had to call them. The personnel at this business never showed her what was wrong with her vehicle or what was repaired on it. She was given a deductible of $300 from this business. Her vehicle was repossessed because the deductible was wrong and she owed the business $200 more but she would not elaborate. She would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stared issues and they never showed her what was done on her vehicle.

This vehicle had all 4 tires and wheels stolen, the rocker panels were slightly damaged.The customer was called at the end of business day and told her vehicle was ready and she could pick her vehicle up the next morning. The vehicle was picked up 4 days later. the deductible issues refferred to in the complaint stems from a previous claim on another vehicle repaired 2 years prior.
