Christina said this business did really good work. She was not given a promise date but she did not expect the repair to take a week. They usually detail her vehicle well but the rims were pretty dirty. The vehicle was clean but it looked like they vacuumed it for only 10 minutes. She stated she thought they could have cleaned it better. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and she was not satisfied with the communication because she only received one phone call. They only sent repair status updates via text and she would have preferred more human contact. Even if they had just left voice mails, it would have been better than texts. Texts are fine but they should add a phone call or two in between.
