Elizabeth said she was not given a promised due date because it was the holidays, but she had a rental vehicle, so she was not concerned. Her vehicle was estimated by a third party, so she did not have any contact with their estimator. She was happy with the work the business provided, but there were scratches in the paint that were not there when she took her vehicle in. There were bubbles in the paint on her bumper too. The business agreed to paint the scratches, but it looked poorly done and she was not satisfied. She had the impression the business received their money from the insurance company and they did not care about her. This upset her because she has been a loyal customer there long standing.
