Natalie said she would only rate her overall experience with a 4 because even though the vehicle looks great, they did not keep her informed during the repair process and her vehicle was not ready when promised. They kept changing the ready time because there was a parts delay and they found more damage that needed to be addressed. The vehicle was three business days late. However, it caused a hardship because they share the same vehicle and she works also. They would have rented a vehicle, but they were not informed that the vehicle would be late. Therefore, she was not kept informed during the repair process. She had to call them to get informed. They did not call her. She said she was not satisfied with the communication. They did not call and inform her.
