Courtney said she received no communication from this business, she had to call them. She noted she called for an update on Thursday, she was told her vehicle would not be ready until Monday. She said she got a call Friday telling her that her vehicle was ready for pick up, which would have been fine if she had not already spent $80 on fuel for a rental.
