Rosario said the work took a few weeks longer than promised and they told her it was because they found additional damage. She said the business did not keep her adequately informed about the progress of the repair. She said it was an inconvenience because she had to return several times for an inspection sticker. She said she had already paid and they wanted to charge her again for the same inspection.
