Dora said even though she wasn't promised a time when she would get her vehicle returned, it took longer than she thought it would. She stated she dropped her vehicle off on a Friday and they started working on it the same day. She thought she might get her vehicle back the following Wednesday, but got it back on Friday. Dora commented the work they did was beautiful, and her vehicle looks brand new. Her insurance would have paid for a rental, but since she thought she would get her vehicle back on Wednesday she turned down the rental. She said she wished she had taken the rental because she couldn't even go to the supermarket, which was her own fault. Dora said she would definitely return to this business for future repairs, and she would make sure she got a rental.
