Ronald said they were very courteous. They explained everything to him and they cleaned up his vehicle. He was told the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday, then they pushed it back to Thursday, but the vehicle was ready on Friday. They had found additional damage and there was a delay with the insurance adjustor.
