Christopher said the person who helped him with everything was great, but he could have been a little more proactive about calling him with status reports. He had to call this business for information and he had to drop by to find out about the status of his vehicle. The only time he got a call from this business was to let him know when his vehicle was ready. They did not tell him when he should expect the vehicle to be ready. He said he was not dissatisfied with their communication, but it would have been nice if they had texted him every three or four days to keep him updated.
